Seminar Resources from Creating a Free (well almost free) Web Presence for Your Business With Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute (RMMFI)

This evening I taught a session at the Rocky Mountain Micro Finance Institute (RMMFI) about creating a free or almost free presence on the Internet for small businesses. We discussed that there are many options for getting started that can help you put your shingle up on the Internet before you need to spend thousands on professional web presence. We also looked at tools that everyone should be using.

• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Merchant Circle
• Yelp
• YouTube
• TeachStreet (for classes)
• Meetup(for events)

There are many other social networks and places to consider placing your business online as well. Weebly and Google Sites are the two places I recommend people look to consider creating a free or low cost website.
