Supporting Arapahoe/Douglas Works!

Denver DataMan has been fortunate to begin teaching at Arapahoe/Douglas Works! (ADW!) Workforce Center. During these tough economic times Denver DataMan is teaching basic computer skills classes to unemployed and underemployed adults. ADW! has been offering courses to help individuals in the Employment by Design program to have the skills in order to be gainfully employed. The courses that Denver DataMan is currently teaching include Microsoft Word Fundamentals, Microsoft Office Fundamentals, and Resumes & Cover Letters in Microsoft Word. Students are able to come out of these courses with the basic computer skills that most jobs require. As with all Denver DataMan courses we are giving students the tools to apply what they learn in our sessions well beyond the specific tasks they learn in our sessions.
