We know your staff and your systems are unique. They are there to optimize the efficiency of your organization. This means that the training on those systems needs to be customized to your needs as well.
When we work with a new client or on a new project we get to know your business model, your systems and the way you learn so that we make the training work for you. For example we did staff wide Outlook training with Boulder YWCA when they transitioned to more advanced email and calendaring options. We worked with HR to include some of the HR practices in the manual because it was helpful for them to have business systems about calendaring that described how to use the calendar.
Custom trainings happen at your location or in a computer lab if it’s more appropriate. Denver DataMan is partnered with computer labs in Greenwood Village, Central Denver and Boulder. We can also rent laptops from our partner when necessary.
